Meet the Owners

Tukaka Ocean View is proudly owned by Erin and Warwick Mortimer, whose connection with Rarotonga spans more than six decades.

Warwick first visited the Cook Islands in the early 1960s through his family's pioneering export business, and over the years Rarotonga became a place filled with treasured family memories. Together, Erin and Warwick have continued returning to the island, drawn by its warm people, relaxed lifestyle and natural beauty. They are also the owners of the Presidential Beachfront Villa at Te Manava Luxury Villas, known as “The Jewel in Te Manava’s Crown.”

Now enjoying retirement, they are delighted to share Tukaka Ocean View with guests from around the world. Their vision is simple: to create a luxurious yet welcoming beachfront retreat where families and friends can relax, reconnect and enjoy the very best of island living.

Away from Rarotonga, Erin has enjoyed a successful career in business as well as international horse breeding and competitive dressage, while Warwick has spent more than 50 years in export industries and continues to pursue his lifelong passion for international motorsport.

For Erin and Warwick, Rarotonga is much more than a holiday destination. it has been part of their family story for generations, and they look forward to sharing a little of that with their guests.
